Founder
Ky King
Kindroot Land Stewardship was founded by Ky King, a grower, agricultural systems builder, veteran of the 75th Ranger Regiment, and entrepreneur. His work centers on turning complex land-based ideas into productive systems that can actually be operated, maintained, and developed over time.
Ky’s experience spans intensive market-garden production, soil development, crop planning and succession, irrigation, propagation, orchards and perennial systems, agricultural infrastructure, educational programming, volunteer coordination, and the daily operational decisions that keep agricultural systems functioning.
Much of that experience came from solving the practical questions that determine whether an agricultural system succeeds: How much labor does it require? How will it be maintained? How should water move through it? What crops make sense? What happens between seasons? Who carries the system when attention gets pulled somewhere else?
Kindroot exists to bring that practical, systems-minded approach to other properties.
